採樣注意事項:

  1. 前一小時內請不要讓寵物進食,不要與別的寵物嬉戲。
  2. 整個採樣過程中需避免棉籤的有效採樣部位接觸到除寵物口腔內的其他物體。
  3. 確保樣本只有一隻猫或狗。
  4. 如發生規範採樣之外的情況可致電本公司或Whatsapp咨詢客服。

採樣流程:

  1. 清潔雙手後,取出棉籤。
  2. 棉籤放置在寵物牙齦外側頂部來回擦拭20秒進行採樣。
  3. 將棉籤有效採樣部位放置採樣管內。
  4. 獎勵你的寵物做得很好!

郵寄樣本:

將採樣管樣本放進郵信封寄回即可。

  1. Do not feed or let your pet stay with other pets 1 hour before the sampling.
  2. During the entire sampling process, prevent the effective sampling part of the cotton swab from touching objects other than the pet’s mouth.
  3. Make sure 1 specimen is only from 1 pet.
  4. Contact the customer service team if anything other than the standard sampling process occurred.
